By placing an order with Loops & Littles, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before submitting your order.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All items created by Loops & Littles are custom and made-to-order. Because of the personalized nature of our work:

All sales are final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun

Minor variations in stitching, thread color, and placement are normal and part of handmade embroidery
Customer-Provided Items (BYO Items)
We love turning your meaningful pieces into something special! However, embroidery on customer-provided items carries inherent risk.
By submitting your own item for embroidery, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk

Loops & Littles is not responsible for damage to customer-provided items, including but not limited to:

Needle marks
-
Fabric puckering
-
Hoop marks
-
Thread pulls
-
Fabric tearing
-
Dye or color inconsistencies
-

Some fabrics (thin knits, vintage items, worn garments, stretchy materials, silk, linen blends, etc.) are higher risk for embroidery.
Item Condition

Items should be clean, free of stains, and in good condition prior to drop-off or shipment.

Loops & Littles reserves the right to decline embroidery on any item deemed unsuitable or too high-risk.
No Replacement Guarantee

If damage occurs during embroidery, Loops & Littles is not obligated to repair, replace, or reimburse the customer for the item.

Replacement value of customer-provided items is not covered under any circumstances.
Design Approval & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, placement, colors, and design details before production.

Loops & Littles is not responsible for errors approved by the customer (including spelling or initials).
Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, design complexity, and supply availability.

Rush orders are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Payment & Deposits

Payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required before work begins.

Orders will not be started until payment is received.

Deposits are non-refundable.
Pop-Ups & Event Orders

Orders placed at pop-ups or live events may be completed after the event for later pickup or shipment.

Completion times will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Local Pickup & Shipping

Customers are responsible for timely pickup of finished items.
-
Loops & Littles is not responsible for lost or damaged items once shipped or picked up.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Care Instructions

Embroidered items should be washed inside-out on a gentle cycle and air dried when possible.

Loops & Littles is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care.
Intellectual Property

All designs created by Loops & Littles remain the intellectual property of Loops & Littles and may not be reproduced without permission.

Customer-submitted logos or designs must be owned or authorized for use by the customer.
Right to Refuse Service
Loops & Littles reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to design requests that are inappropriate, copyrighted without permission, or misaligned with our brand values.
