Hourly Rate
Live embroidery events are booked at an hourly rate of $100 per hour.

Time, expertise, and equipment wear

A minimum booking time may apply.
Hourly event rates are required regardless of event sales.

Embroidery Pricing
Embroidery pricing varies depending on who supplies the items and how embroidery fees are collected.
If the Venue or Brand Provides the Items
Embroidery is priced per item, based on design complexity:

Small name or initials: $20–$22

Name (standard size): $22–$28

Short phrase: $30–$35

Simple logo or motif: $35–$45

Large or multi-color designs: $50+
